DOMESTIC SHIPPING (MALAYSIA)

Delivery Rates

FREE delivery for order(s) over RM150.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

 

West Malaysia: 3 – 7 working days

East Malaysia: 5 – 10 working days

 

Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working days.

 

Remarks:

Please place your order 2 weeks in advance to avoid unforeseen delays during festive periods.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

 

 

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hagibabystore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

 

 

NOTE

  1. At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.
  2. We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.
  3. We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.
