RETURN POLICY

 

 

1)  Customer must inspect product immediately upon arrival to ensure that the product is in good condition. DO NOT accept if the packaging is severely damaged or tampered with.
2)  You have 14 days from the receipt date of your order to return your purchase from Miniware.com.my. 

3)  Defective Item: Please notify us of any discrepancies and/or defects within 24 hours upon received for a valid exchange or refund.

4)  Return/exchange merchandise must be in original condition with all their labels, instruction booklets, box or pouch included and be in original condition.

 

 

 

HOW TO RETURN

 

Step 1

Before returning the item(s), you must first notify us via email or phone with indication of reason, so that we can process your returns as quickly as possible.

 

 

Step 2

Pack your returned item into a box/polybag securely to avoid any damage and losing the item(s).

 

 

Step 3

You may choose any courier company (with tracking system) and return your parcel to our address below at YOUR OWN COST.

Remarks

1)  Please note that courier charges for your return package will NOT be covered by Miniware Malaysia.

2)  Please obtain a delivery receipt from courier company of your choice or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our warehouse.

3)  Miniware Malaysia will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or product (s) handled by courier company of your choice.

4)  Please note that in person returns to our address are NOT accepted.

 

 

Step 4

Once we have received your returned parcel, you will receive the return confirmation email after the returned item had been confirmed.

 

 

Step 5

The refund will be processed within 7-14 days, depending on the bank.

 

Remarks

1)  If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount as indicated on the receipt.

2)  Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.

3)  The coupon code may be replaced at our sole discretion if the product(s) to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.

 

 

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

1)  Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.

2)  Exchange values are all in the currency of Ringgit Malaysia.

3)  If the item(s) you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.

4)  Customer who wishes to exchange the item(s) is solely responsible and liable for the courier charges that occurred.

 

 

 

NOTE

We reserve the right not to accept returns/exchange if

1.  Received returned item after 14 days of the invoice date.
2.  The merchandise does not meet our return policy guidelines.
3.  The merchandise is not purchased from Miniware Malaysia.

 

In which event, we shall return the merchandise to you at your expense. You are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
